In short: We do not sell your personal information. We never ask for your Roblox password or security cookie, and you should never give them to anyone. We collect basic technical and usage data through standard website tools, and personal details only if you send them to us, such as by email or a comment.

1. Introduction and Scope

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and what choices you have when you use ExecutorDelta.com (the “Site”). It applies to this Site only, not to external websites we link to.

By using the Site you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

a. Personal Information

“Personal Information” is information that can identify you. We collect it only when you choose to provide it, for example:

  • Contact information: your name and email address and the content of your message when you email us or use a contact form or newsletter signup, if one is available.
  • Comments and feedback: your name, email address, website, and comment text if you post a comment or review. Comments are usually public.
  • Account information: any details you give us if the Site offers account registration or other interactive features.

b. Non-Personal and Technical Information

Our servers and tools automatically collect technical data that does not directly name you, although some of it, such as an IP address, can be personal data under certain laws:

  • Device information: browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and IP address.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time on page, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address (such as country or city).
  • Log data: dates and times of visits, error reports, and security-related events.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services that process data on our behalf or on their own, including analytics providers, advertising networks, our hosting and security providers, and embedded content such as videos or social buttons. These companies may set their own cookies and collect data such as your IP address and browsing activity across sites, subject to their own privacy policies.

Depending on where you live, you can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings, your browser, or industry tools such as optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com.

We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not trade or transfer it to third parties except:

  • Business changes, if the Site is sold or reorganized, in which case data may transfer to the new owner under this Policy.

8. Data Retention

We keep Personal Information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as the law requires. Emails are generally kept as long as needed to resolve your request. Comments remain until removed. Analytics and log data are kept for a limited period set by the relevant provider. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. International Transfers

We and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including secure connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular updates. However, no online transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Roblox Accounts and Passwords

We do not ask for, collect, or store your Roblox username, password, or security cookie, and we do not need them to provide our guides. Any site, message, or tool claiming to be us that requests them is a scam.

Stay safe: Never enter your Roblox login details into any third-party tool, key page, or “generator”, and use a secondary account for anything experimental. Report suspicious pages to [email protected].

13. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians of older minors should supervise their online activity.

  • Delete your information, subject to legal retention duties.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
  • Portability, to receive your data in a common format.
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell it).
  • Complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy. For significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to highlight them on the Site.
