1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Assumption of Risk

Using script executors with Roblox can violate Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards. Consequences can include temporary or permanent account bans, loss of purchased items, progress, and Robux, and removal of access to games.

• We do not control Roblox’s detection or enforcement and cannot prevent or reverse a ban.
• We do not encourage cheating that harms other players, and we do not encourage you to break the rules of any platform or game.
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use any tool or Script mentioned on the Site, and for complying with the rules of Roblox, each game, your school or workplace, and the laws that apply to you.

6. Downloads and Software

The Site may describe or link to software, including APK and IPA files. Delta Executor is developed by third parties and is not distributed through official app stores.

What you should do

• Download only from the official website linked on this Site, never from mirrors, reposts, or unknown links.
• Scan every file with a reputable service such as VirusTotal before installing.
• Never disable your device’s security protection to force an installation.
• Never enter your Roblox password into any third-party tool, and ignore “free premium key generators”.

What we cannot promise

• Executor software is frequently flagged by antivirus programs. Some flags are false positives and some are not. We cannot guarantee any file is free of malware, defects, or unwanted behavior.
• We are not responsible for files downloaded from sites other than the official one, or for changes the developers make after we publish a page.
• Installing software is at your own risk and may void warranties or affect device security and stability.

7. Key Systems and Third-Party Services

The free version of Delta Executor uses a key system that sends you to external services such as Linkvertise or Platoboost to complete tasks. These services are operated by independent companies with their own terms, privacy practices, and advertising.

• We do not operate, control, or receive responsibility for those services.
• You are responsible for reviewing their terms and for anything you click, install, or submit there.
• Any site offering a “keyless free” build or a paid “premium key” outside the official channels may be a scam. Report suspicious links to us.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Break any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload, post, or distribute malware, phishing pages, credential stealers, or anything designed to harm devices or accounts.

9. Scripts and Community Content

• We do not write, host, audit, or guarantee the safety, legality, or function of third-party Scripts.
• A Script that is safe today may become harmful later. Only run code from sources you trust and understand.
